Natural Allergens

Balbo Beard Co. are required by European law (Cosmetics Products Safety Regulations 2003), to label with the relevant information all products that contain concentrations of 26 identified allergens above a certain (very low) limit, 16 of which are natural and are found in commonly used essential oils. A full list of ingredients can be found in the description of all our Beard products sold on our website; if you have any concerns please consult your doctor, or carry out a patch test on your skin before using our products.

Nut Allergy?

The types of nut allergy can vary. If you have allergic contact dermatitis which is triggered by tree nuts, then you should avoid Argan Oil which is prescent in our products. If you have a very serious allergy to ingesting nuts, and are at risk of anaphylactic shock, then you should be very cautious about using Argan Oil. Again, please consult your doctor if you have any concerns. We use Argan oil in our Beard Oils and Balms.
